But here's the thing. What kind of woman do men fall for at first sight? And what if the man you like shows only vague interest or may not be interested at all? Is it impossible to win over this person in this lifetime? There are countless different body types and appearances in the world. Therefore, the ways to correct each person's appearance are all different, and there are definitely factors such as skin color, eye color, height, and bone length that cannot be changed at all. I had an A-cup due to having only a small amount of upper breast and no lower breast, and I also had carbohydrate-type abdominal fat because I loved ramen and rice cakes so much. In addition, my body had a severe anterior pelvic tilt from sitting in front of a computer game and desk studying since I was young. My face had narrow pimples and enlarged pores, so my skin was not good, and my hair was curly, with a bad habit of pulling out my bangs when stressed, resulting in sparse bangs. I had two front teeth that were crooked from sucking my fingers when I was young. Despite being born with all these unfavorable conditions, I believed that someday a man who would appreciate my true worth would appear while trying out all the trendy products from the road shop at that time because I had an interest in men.

To cut to the chase, I met and married a man who appreciated my true worth, despite overcoming all of the physical obstacles mentioned above. If you want to meet a high-value partner, you must be perceived by the other person as having similar value to them. It took me a long time to overcome everything alone, but today, I am writing this post to provide some help to many young women who are surely concerned about the value of marriage.

1. If you're wearing glasses, switch to contact lenses.

Firstly, if you're wearing glasses, I strongly recommend switching to contact lenses. People who look pretty with glasses tend to look even better without them. Women feel an intellectual charm towards men who wear glasses, but men do not feel the same way. For the next two months, our focus should be on appearing more feminine to men.

 

2. If you have natural curly hair, be sure to use a magic straightener.

If your hair is thick, curly, and shiny, you may not need to use a straightener. However, most natural curly hair tends to look messy. Be sure to use a magic straightener to create a smooth hair texture. There are also more beautiful styles you can achieve by adding volume to your hair. In that case, you only need to set the bottom hair and use a magic straightener (volumizing magic straightener) on the top hair. Avoid one-food enzyme diets, fasting diets, edema-reducing massages, and acupuncture diets. They only trigger an obsession with food. Massages and acupuncture diets are not diets that reduce body fat, and they are expensive. I also went from 30% body fat to 17% in just one month, but it was difficult to lose weight quickly, so I gave you two months. Blood sugar management and portion control are the keys to success. Do not eat bread for breakfast. Eat as much as you want for lunch. Snacks are allowed. However, during this period, do not eat roasted meat, roasted carbohydrates, or roasted fatty foods. Foods that do not make your body look good are usually roasted foods and sugar. If you can't resist, go ahead and eat them, but absolutely do not eat them after 6 p.m. Eating various vegetables, tofu, and carbohydrate-free meals after 6 p.m. for two months will make your body shape dazzlingly different. There are many expert recommendations on how to eat, what to eat, the order of eating, and when to eat, but humans tend to give up within 20 days if it feels even slightly inconvenient. Just think that you won't eat anything after 6 p.m., and you'll only have sugar-free foods for breakfast. Dinner consists of only vegetables, tofu, and eggs.

 

4. Create curves in your body.

My body has a child-like figure, which means that many people say I have no chest, no butt, and a narrow pelvis. I'm willing to invest in changing this. The most cost-effective and popular way to achieve a body shape that men like, with a waist-hip ratio of 0.7 and 1.0 respectively, is to create a defined waistline. The most natural and quick way to create curves in the waist and hips is through a 1:1 ratio of weight training. Nowadays, there are many health trainers who understand women's bodies very well, so don't hesitate to invest money in them. If you try to manage your body on your own without a proper plan, you won't see any progress even after two months. Based on my experience of practicing yoga, Pilates, and pole dancing for over a year, each type of exercise developed different muscle groups and body shapes. I recommend Pilates and weight training for building a body shape, but for creating curves in a short period, I suggest focusing more on weight training. Strengthen your hip muscles by repeating contraction and relaxation exercises. You don't have to stick to the treadmill for cardio. I believe that we can manage our body fat through diet.

You can make your body look better by using volumizing bras or hip-up products, even if you don't plan to engage in physical intimacy with men within two months. However, if these products don't suit your body shape, it's better not to use them. Later, you can consider various treatments such as breast fillers, breast plastic surgery, fat transfer surgery, hip-up fillers, and hip fat transfer. But you should decide on these procedures after two months. If you try to shape your body without managing your body fat, you may not like the results later. If you follow the diet I suggested and exercise twice a week for two months, you will definitely see a change in your body shape.>

 

5. Lower body obesity - First cover it up with fashion and then choose body correction.

Fortunately, many men find women attractive even if their legs are thick. If you're concerned about thick thighs or wide calves, start by wearing long skirts. This will definitely help with body correction. Also, if you have a narrow hip, you can cover it up with a flare skirt or wire slacks and wear a top that covers the hips. You can also consider additional procedures for correcting bowed legs or lower body obesity. However, no procedure can be perfect. Even if you get the popular hip surgery, if you don't develop good eating habits, you'll gain the weight back within a year. I had tried partial liposuction for thigh obesity, and the result was a miserable yo-yo effect. After eye-catching procedures, there will be a yo-yo effect if you don't manage it properly

 

6. Upper body obesity - Show off your neckline.

Many people who have upper body obesity or a weak chest tend to wear clothes that make them look bulky. No matter what body type you have, showing off your neckline is more feminine than covering it up. Even if you wear clothes with loose fabric, make sure your neckline is visible.

 

7.Use shoes and accessories wisely.

If a man wears a hoodie and drags his slippers, he may look sexy only if he is as stylish as Daniel Henney. Women are the same. We need to appeal to our femininity. Wear bracelets that appeal to the other person's subconsciousness, necklaces that emphasize the neckline, earrings that brighten the face, and shoes (especially stiletto heels) that emphasize femininity.
